Original Thinking: Empowering Your Mind to Transcend External Influences

Original Thinking can only be concluded if we have an actual understanding of “a thought”. “A thought“ is a simple flow of ideas and associations that can lead to “reality-oriented conclusions”. Which in return is again the product of induced thoughts of the reality around us. The reality around us is mostly absurd and fanatical. In the era of digital information, the information is sold very cheaply since almost everyone has access to it now. Just because of its ease of availability, It is very easy for anyone to deceive anyone. In other words, It is very easy for anyone to get into your thoughts and completely change them for any personal, capital, financial or psychological reason.

The main sources of brainwashing sources are news media, social media and biased book authors and journalists. In order to sustain a sane and neutral mind which is free from biasing and hatred, one must attain the philosophy of original thinking in their day-to-day life.

Original Thinking is the term that I would like to define as the interpretation which originates from the bareness of a single thought. With bareness, I mean the interpretation of thought that is not guided by media, philosophers and different social and religious ideologies. The bareness is raw thought. The idea originates from a void brain. Just like a small kid. A kid doesn’t know the difference between black and white. Kid doesn’t know the religious differences Until they are brainwashed by the corrupted thoughts of the world who actually failed to process their Original thoughts. Due to our inability to process the originality of thoughts, we tend to pass the corrupt and absurd thoughts onto the next generations and hence the idea of the originality of thoughts is lost.

I will be writing down a few philosophical aspects that one must have to attain the ability of original thinking.

Question

Original thinking begins with questions. Question about everything. When you stop accepting premises that do not make sense or are contradictory to logical reasoning, you are giving yourself the gift of original thinking. Do your own research. Analyse different options and scenarios. You can discard, disallow, reject or avoid anything that does not make sense. Don’t rely on everyone’s opinions. Rely on competent and reliable sources and always remember that they are also someone’s thoughts. And as long as they are someone else’s, they can always be malicious or absurd. You can use someone’s opinion as a foundation to research something but you should never believe anything or make conclusions until you are really educated by it.

Scepticism

A healthy level of scepticism is always important if you want to master the original thinking. A sceptical mind is always full of questions and does not settle until it reaches the conclusions that satisfy the void brain. Seeking shreds of evidence upon assertion.

Opinions without sound foundations are senseless. Not questioning the accepted facts and trusting everything blindly put clouds on your judgement.

Distinctive Individuality

Appreciation and understanding of individuality play an important role to attain original thinking. This understanding manifests the reality that each and every person perceiving a piece of information has different psychological and consciousness levels, hence their understanding and processing capabilities. The opinion presented to you might be the result of someone’s individual point of view, consciousness and mental speculation. It’s not your thought. For that, you need to grasp the raw thought and process it with your questions, sceptics and individuality to attain the original conclusion.

Neutrality and empathy

Being neutral to every aspect without having biased thoughts is a step towards original thinking. The biasing could be social, spiritual, religious, political, ethical or racial. Usually biasing originated in the society. Ever since we are born, society has been teaching us to differentiate in either way possible. Either socially, ethnically, or racially. In order to attain original thinking, one must need to give up the biasing and attain neutrality and empathy for every single atom constituting this universe as a whole.
